Shipping is one price per address, and it gets cheaper per book the more you order.

We ship within the United States. California orders include sales tax, added at checkout.
Schools, libraries and big families
- Order 6 or more and shipping stays at $12.

- Schools can pay by invoice or purchase order, and tax-exempt certificates are welcome.
- Ask about a reading or class visit with Susann.
Questions
Will Susann sign my book?
Yes, for free. Add a name for each copy in your cart, like “To Ava, love Grandma”, or leave it blank for just her signature.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Tick “This is a gift” in your cart, add a gift note, and enter their address at checkout. Each order ships to one address, so place one order per address.
When will my order ship?
Within [X] business days. You'll get a tracking email the day it ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reply to your receipt email as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll change it or refund it.
Returns and damaged books
[Return policy, e.g. arrived damaged? Send a photo within 14 days and we'll send a new copy. Signed copies can't be returned unless damaged.]
